Our History
Contraserv was founded in 2010 by Leslie Venter.
Contraserv was originally created as a Consulting, Training and Services company. Our service offering has been refined since 2010, however our passion to see others succeed has continued to grow. We strive to handle business solutions in a manner that is transparent, effective and compliant with South African law.
Meet our Managing Director
Leslie Venter is a practicing payroll and tax specialist who has been in the industry since the year 2000.
He is a registered tax practitioner with the South African Institute for Tax Practitioners. Leslie also has an NQF level 5 diploma in payroll administration.
Leslie’s clientele includes various industry segments such as manufacturing (automotive, clothing, chemical), services (printing, ICT), and retail. He has experience across corporate, NPO and family-owned businesses.
